Is a digital customer different to any other kind of customer? Does digital technology really make a difference to the customer experience?

The members of The Open Group Digital Business and Customer Experience Work Group believe that digital technology makes a fundamental difference, and is leading to the emergence of a new kind of customer. Enterprises must understand how to architect their systems to give these customers the right experience, if they are to prosper in the new digital world.

In this webinar, a panel of experts will discuss digital customers and how they are different to non-digital customers. They will consider the impact that digital disruption is having on the way that customers interact with suppliers or the way those citizens interact with governments, and share their thoughts on the most important considerations when creating "great digital customer journeys". They will invite input from the audience and answer questions on these topics.

Participants will gain an understanding of the difference that digital technology makes to the customer experience, and of current work from The Open Group Digital Business and Customer Experience Work Group.
