Webinar looking into the specifics of the third value stream in the IT Value Chain.
Description

Details

Following on from the release of The Open Group IT4IT Reference Architecture, Version 2.0 standard and our recent IT4IT – Requirement to Deploy "deep dive" webinar, we are now looking into the specifics of the third value stream in the IT Value Chain – Request to Fulfill. This value stream:

  • Helps your IT organization transition to a service broker model
  • Presents a single catalog with items from multiple supplier catalogs
  • Efficiently manages subscriptions and total cost of service
  • Manages and measures fulfillments across multiple suppliers

This webinar will explain how the Request to Fulfill value stream helps to provide a portal/catalog for consumers to adopt a self-service sourcing approach and establishes a model for moving from traditional IT request management to service brokerage. It will also look at how to increase fulfillment efficiency, leverage the common Service Model to reduce custom service request and design automated fulfillments, as well as facilitating a holistic view and traceability across service subscription, service usage, and service chargeback as applicable.
