Details

In this webinar, a new infrastructure vocabulary will be introduced as well as the modeling techniques that are used to shape infrastructure landscape from a functional, architectural perspective. Learn how to talk about infrastructure with your business!

Traditionally, the development of infrastructure is a rather technical domain that lacks alignment with application and business architecture. In collaboration with an ever-growing community of infrastructure architects, we define a new approach, based on infrastructure functionality and quality.

We present a comprehensive set of Architecture Building Blocks and patterns, made available to you through an open repository. These technology and vendor-agnostic and organizational-neutral building blocks have proven to be very useful for a diverse range of architecture practitioners. The approach fits very well the TOGAF® standard. At the same time, The Open Group ArchiMate® standard is being used to shape the models that are created by this new vocabulary.
