The success rate of EA projects is contentious due to the difficulty in defining success criteria that can be measured by the EA teams and their key stakeholders. TOGAF 9 is a standard industry architecture framework used by practitioners to develop architectures within organizations.
Using the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) does not guarantee a successful project, but if the EA team use the standard set of architecture deliverables defined by the ADM they will be able to track the business strategy and project sponsor's vision throughout the architecture design process culminating in the implementation blueprint. In this webinar we will focus on the eight essential ADM deliverables that must be created during an architecture development project.
